Start with the information you actually have

A warehouse arrival notice is not a final shipping quote. A scale weight is not always the weight used for a route's pricing. Combining parcels does not automatically cost less. Parcel Notes separates these questions so one attractive number does not hide the rest.

Use the storage planner to set a reminder from the period shown in your account. Then compare actual and dimensional weight using the divisor provided by the route. Only compare money after you have quotes with the same destination, inclusions and timing.
